Meet The Team - AWR, Inc
| Rickey W. Heard, Sr. Rick is the co-founder of AWR of VA, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of exterior building waterproofing, restoration, preservation and building alteration services - including exterior cladding systems and special coatings. Rick oversees all the day to day construction and production operations. He is also responsible for the majority of estimating, project planning and management. |

Deborah Wellington-Heard Deborah is the CEO and co-founder of AWR of VA, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in office management and administration. She oversees all accounting, financial management, insurance, contract administration, customer relations, billing and any other day to day functions of the company including sales and estimating support. |

| George C. Heard George is responsible for project start up, scheduling and all aspects of the production department. Profitability, safety and quality control are target focuses; as well as ensuring consistent communication with customers throughout the duration of each project. George facilitates planning, project execution, site set-up and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. |

Sarah Tallent Sarah was appointed office manager and bookkeeper in 2002. Sarah is responsible for all aspects of accounting, human resources, payroll and administrative office management. |

| Robert Harp Rob joined AWR of VA Inc after retiring from the US Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. He brings over 22 years of progressive leadership and management experience. As Production Manager his experience and exceptional organizational along with planning skills are used to execute and maintain construction schedules. |
Gina Hall Gina is 11 year construction professional with a background in residential construction design. With a Masters Degree in Business Administration, her role in Business Development is to support the growing efforts of AWR of VA, Inc by recognizing expanding markets, new opportunities and diversifying our client base. She is responsible for increasing our visibility across multiple markets. |

| David Karras, Sr. David brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction industry to AWR of VA, Inc. After a long career with General Motors and education advancements in Management, Safety Scheduling and Planning - David returned to the construction industry where he is able to use his talent as an Estimator. |
